Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 for goods delivered within the UK. Bulkier items such as quilts and filled cushions include a charge towards shipping in their price and this charge is written in the description.
For deliveries within the UK we endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods within 7 working days of your payment clearing. Most commonly, goods will be delivered within 3 working days of an order being received by us. For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us for estimated delivery times. Please allow 14 days from the date of your order for your goods to be delivered. Delivery charges include VAT. We are only able to deliver goods within the EU. Our delivery charges are subject to change without notice.
You have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or service, apart from items personalised for you, or altered by you. You may cancel your order by sending us a cancellation letter or email at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase. If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must immediately return the unwanted items as detailed in the returns instructions.
Please notify us within 7 days by telephone or by email of your intention to return the product. Products should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days with a completed returns form. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Please note that replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse. You will be required to send a completed returns form with the goods. Refunds will only be given when we receive the goods accompanied by a completed returns form. Please contact us to obtain a returns form. Malabar Trading will only pay for returns postage in the event that an item you have received is faulty.
Please note that we do not give refunds on:
* Items returned after 28 days.
* Items without a completed returns form.
* Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 7 days.
* Curtains/textiles that have been gathered, cut or altered.
* Gift vouchers.
