In late Spring 2018 Fiona headed off to Sri Lanka to meet our new supplier Kandygs, who are working with bamboo to create some wonderful fabric products for us. They use only wild roots for fabric dyes and this produces a wonderfully subtle palette from pale yellow to shades of dusty pink.
After shopping in the market for hand crafted pestles and mortars it was off to Tallentire House to get in a new order for beautifully designed 100% cotton cushion covers, wash bags and nightwear in vibrant colours.
