PRODUCTS
Product prices include VAT and exclude delivery charges. We do our very best to ensure that all the items you see on this website are as close to the photographs shown as possible, but as they are not mass-produced and many of them are hand-finished, some slight variations in colour and size may occur from time to time. We hope that you understand this and appreciate the skill and craftsmanship required to make them.
ORDERING
The technical steps required to create an order between you and us are as follows: You place the order for products you have selected and placed in your shopping basket by clicking on the confirm order button and the end of the checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgment e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance, nor is it a notification of dispatch. When your order is shipped we will send you a dispatch confirmation e-mail. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: * The product you have ordered is out of stock * We have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. * The identification of a pricing or product description error. If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by one of our Customer Services Representatives either by email or by phone. All orders are subject to availability.
PAYMENTS
Payment must be received and cleared by Malabar Trading Limited before any goods will be dispatched. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
GENERAL
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error or error in pricing information we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall ensure a refund is issued for the amount of the incorrect price. Please note that we do not give refunds on:
* Items returned after 28 days.
* Items without a completed returns form.
* Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 7 days.
* Curtains/textiles that have been gathered, cut or altered.
* Gift vouchers.
